I received training to work with kids suffering from mild to extreme dyslexia. A few students I worked with were on the spectrum and allowed me to create stronger relationships with those students. My role was to give them new strategies to learn how to read more accurately and proficiently and find joy in doing so. I was at times their biggest encourager to help them when they were struggling and lift them up when they were successful.

While working here, I gained better experience as to how an employee can give the best form of customer satisfaction possible. Working with food had also giving me better life skills as to what I can make within my own home.

Working at Impact, my responsibilities are to ensure the efficient and safe teardown of the vehicles headliner. In doing so, I make sure that all electrical components remain undamaged and in factory condition. I drive dealership cars to and from the shop where skilled PDR (Paintless Dent Repair) technicians begin working on the dents. While working here I have formed the basic skills needed to have a strong work ethic and to learn how to work under pressure.
