As a Registered Social Worker with years of experience in youth outreach and support, I have had the privilege of working with young people from diverse backgrounds and helping them overcome challenges. My roles at Hong Kong Children & Youth Services, including the Ma On Shan Youth Outreaching Social Work Team and the eSm^_^iley Cyber Youth Support Team, have allowed me to develop expertise in counseling, case management, and community engagement.Recently, I have transitioned into leadership roles as Head of Charity at Elite Charitable Foundation and Chief Executive at Elite Thai Boxing and Fitness Limited. These roles have allowed me to use my skills and experience to make a positive impact in the community and create opportunities for growth and development.I am also an Innopower Cohort 3 Social Worker Fellow at The Hong Kong Jockey Club, where I have continued to expand my knowledge and skills as a social worker.Currently, as a Director at Thunder Bros Limited, I am proud to be part of a wellness corporation that takes a holistic approach to wellness. Our mission is to promote healthy lifestyles and unlock wellbeing for people of all ages, and we have launched three brands to support this mission: Elite Academy of Fencing, Fencer.com.hk, and WaterLab Hong Kong.
