As sole Operations Manager on the home delivery and store equipment contracts at Sheffield I report directly to the Contract General Manager. The role covers all operational and transport aspects of this closed book contract including stock systems and operational admin functions with specific focus on core and agency labour costs, site operational service costs and assisting the General Manager in driving the contract bottom line. As ‘right first time’ is one of the main KPIs for this contract maintaining the positive working relationship we have develop with M&S along with a focus on training, attention to detail and service delivery is also part of my remit. Whilst in this position I have also been working on projects for the full National Network, bringing safety and on time in full KPIs up to, and above, the standard required.
