Hardware Association Ireland (HAI) is the national trade association representing hardware, building materials, DIY, homewares and garden at retail, wholesale and manufacturing level. Alan is in charge of a multi billion Euro, multi jurisdictional, property portfolio consisting of a large holding in Dundrum Town Centre, a large holding in Irelands largest housebuilder, Castlethorn Construction, Phase One of Ireland's most successful retail park, and various other retail, office, hotel and land holdings. Main jurisdictions covered are Ireland, UK, the US and Holland. Alan oversees overall portfolio strategy, asset management, tenant liason, commercial operational decisions and banking negotiations.
