Managed 8 district offices located in Louisiana, Texas and Arkansas. Successfully transitioned Alltel retail teams over to Verizon Wireless seamlessly. Led 6 Retail Sales Managers, ASMs and ASOs, per office with an additional 52 Retail Sales Representatives throughout the district. Also, managed 6 Retail Store Managers, 2 Inventory Representatives, 57 Wireless Consultants and 4 Welcome Specialist during a portion of the position. Managed North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia market areas while leading 8 Quality Assurance Auditors as they performed quarterly quality checks on policy and procedures, as required by Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) rules. Communicated review results to Area President of Retail and five Vice Presidents of Retail. Developed and administered training based on review results of Alltel Operating Procedures. As a result the following accomplishments were implemented.• Successfully increased East Coast area review scores from 80% range up to the 90% range.• Lowered operating costs by training and increasing quality assurance results.

(MSA) Metro Service Area Hub LocationLed the Dothan, AL hub retail store in the Southern Market Area. Managed over $250K of inventory for each location and an estimated $400K operating budget for all locations. Led 13 Wireless Consultants while achieving all sales and operation goals. Initially, managed Wal-Mart and Sam’s Warehouse in 9 locations in AL. Other accomplishments included:• Hired, trained and evaluated staff for development; as a result 13 Retail Sales Reps where promoted to Manager Positions.• Motivated and built a team that increased productivity in each location year over year.• Successfully became the leading market (top 25 out of 300) in wireless activations and accessory revenue consistently for 1 year through the implementation of tactical and strategic methods.
