Nov 2015 – Current Senior Mechanic- Maintenance Manager AMCO Drilling MaliReporting to the Operations ManagerInitially working in Siguiri Guinee primarily to rejuvenate a Warman 1000 rig to drilling condition also assisting when required on day to day running of the workshop.Mali I was relieving for the maintenance manager while he was on extended leave [14 weeks] General maintenance and repairs to the Mali fleet, Duties include ordering and justifying spare and replacement parts, setting up separate Preventative Maintenance Service schedule.July 16 Take over the role of previous Maintenance Manager due to his resignation. Increase the number of rigs in Mali from four to six. Construct and manage a workshop, stores and camp facility for Amco Mali operations. July 17 AMCO Guinee operations ceased so now responsible for the all AMCO plant Refurbishment, maintenance and repairs for a 13 rig fleet with all equipment including dozers, mud pumps etc.Current 2 years

Similar role as below but ramp up drilling fleet from 5 rigs to 20 and expand the company areas of work into different countries in West Africa.
