I completed my apprenticeship in 2007 working on various sites throughout Dublin. From early on l pushed myself to try to learn the skills needed, always willing to ask questions, put forth my opinion and take initiative. These qualities did not go unnoticed and I had plenty of internal leadership roles with the company. As a third year apprentice myself and my colleague began price work in apartment blocks around Dublin whilst training our own first year apprentice carpenter.
