These routes were documented with pictures of the assets and their individual lubrication points. PMs were also created in Maximo based on these routes.- Managed all tasks for several Capital projects, including: installing a water chiller for the cooling section, replacing the media in the cooling tower, replacing two roof fans above the cooling section, refurbishing a blower and motor system for a blow still, installing machine guarding for five belt conveyor assets, constructing the concrete footers for a new asphalt tank walkway and pipe support structure. The total amount of the projects I was responsible for was greater than $239,000.
