I am a highly personable, technically skilled, and motivated professional with diverse ICT experience. I have supported businesses across the public and private sectors such as Australian Taxation Office, Department of Human Services, Queensland Health, Hewlett Packard, and Griffith University.With a focus towards excellent customer and end user outcomes, I am responsible for bringing knowledge to bear from multiple sources to facilitate solutions to complex problems and issues, for ensuring that technical and non-technical considerations are properly integrated, and for managing risk as well as sustainability issues. While the outcomes have physical forms, the work is predominantly intellectual in nature. I am now undertaking a PhD in 'Leaders' emotion regulation during organisational change to support employees'.My involvement in multiple areas of ICT has provided me with expert knowledge in leadership and portfolio, program, and project management fields. This experience has helped me understand how to work effectively in diverse business environments with people from different backgrounds. I have proven leadership skills gained from over 25-years of managing, leading, mentoring, and developing teams of up to 50-staff.
