Securing the realisation of the Trusts vision, maximising the performance of all students through working with Headteachers to ensure high quality learning and teaching which motivates, challenges and empowers.Developing effective relationships with primary, secondary and special schools, HE and FE providers and in collaboration with them make a positive contribution to the improvement of education services within the Trust and its community. The Accounting Officer for the Trust, ensuring overall effective financial leadership and taking personal responsibility for propriety and regularity in the management of public funds and in the day-to-day operations of the organisation.Enhancing opportunities through partnerships between parents/carers, students, staff, the local community, HE and FE partners, the LA, other schools, voluntary organisations, other public sector bodies and employers.Developing the Trust as a wider resource accessible to the whole community offering a diverse range of services.Ensuring the Trust is sustainable and adheres to the Articles of Association.
