- Develop and roll out the organisations Procurement Strategy - Managing Supplier performance and conducting business reviews- Measuring staff performance and carrying out annual staff appraisals- Manage functional recruitment – Review job applications, interview, recruit and train new staff- Produce management reports detailing functional spend analysis, stock profile, department KPI’s, operational issues, cost of sales, etc
