Re- creating another Hutchinson Smith.2/ Attempt to secure one or two NED positions, where I can make a contribution at Board level to a Business that wants to grow organically and by acquisition. Where I also attend monthly Board and add hoc meetings on and off site. The provision of HR Consultancy to growing or downsizing organisations and Company restructuring/turnaround.3/ Hire myself out or be retained to assist with M&A, search out targets , negotiate terms, front a deal, build the overall business integration/development/growth /exit plan, assist with raising funding. Also performing as Company Doctor/Profit Improvement/Performance Monitoring/ Incentive Provision. 2&3 are probably achievable shorter term, with the end game being part of a larger entity with an exit strategy. 1/ would further drain my recourses, unless funding was available quickly.
