I have over 35 years of extensive Management, Sales and Marketing experience in Healthcare, Consulting, Environmental/Industrial Hygiene, as well as Mitigation and Restoration experience within the Healthcare, Insurance, Commercial/Property Management and Education Markets. The past 15 years I have worked solely in the Healthcare Vertical Market and that coupled with my past roles and responsibilities has led me to build partnerships with many Heath Systems to help them become a cleaner and safer place to where we ultimately support all the patients we serve together. At Red E Services I led the company and the day to day operations, recruited and placed Interim Directors, Managers, Engineers, and other staff at hospitals. In running the company I helped to streamline the operations and build the company into a well respected support organization in the Healthcare arena. At Forensic Analytical my responsibilities of managing client relationships played a critical role in expanding Forensic Analytical service lines and services into new geographic locations and played an integral part in the negotiation and implementation of business partnership agreements. I supported sales and marketing objectives by assessing marketing opportunities and target markets, gathered intelligence on industry initiatives, and developed proposals and business model designs. At MC Consultants I was responsible for the business development for all MC Consultants, Inc service divisions; My ability to develop communication paths between clients and internal staff helped to expand MC Consultant’s services while meeting the needs of its growing client base.At Flagship/PDG (the 2nd largest Asbestos & Lead Abatement Company in the nation) the major emphasis of my skills was on marketing, project development and implementation, and customer relations. I proactively built and established key relationships and liaised effectively with attorneys, builders, insurance companies and environmental companies. Lastly, I arranged funding and partnerships to acquire a business from a previous employer when they made a strategic decision to divest. I owned and operated this company and built it into a premier nationwide contents replacement service with 7 locations across the country that worked with top insurance companies and agencies where I developed and implemented the most comprehensive contents replacement program in the industry at that time.
