Covid-19 has changed the world as we know it and it's not over yet, not by a long way. So, be it a short term contract to fill in for an unexpected absence, additional support to drive a project to completion or even an unanticipated customer request through to a mid/longer term requirement for that important drive to realign with new markets, experience and expert help is at hand.With extensive experience in commercial vacuum based instrument/application development, testing, installation & training for Surface/Plasma/Gas Analysis and Biochemical Analytical Instrumentation including MALDI, SIMS & general Mass Spectrometry based on Quadrupoles, Magnetic Sector, ToF (Time of Flight) and Ion Trap (ITMS) technologies, I am well placed to fit into most situations quickly and effectively. I am currently operating as an Independent Engineer/Consultant for Mass Spectrometry with Ions offering Project Management, general Engineering, Product Development/Prototyping, testing and installation as well as Instrument Design and other technical inputs. More than happy to consider permanent roles as well if the right one comes up.
