Project Manager -Construction, Restoration & Facility Maintenance Management Project managed various projects for Vendor contracts with BGIS - RCMP detachment buildings and Jones Lang Lasalle - Canada Post buildings. Projects encompassed all forms of professions & systems ranging from HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, Building Envelope, Fire Suppression systems and Security Systems.

Aircraft Avionics 2007 * 2012Manager of Avionic engineering for repair, maintenance and modification of 9 Tristar L-1011 wide body aircraft responsible for:Supervised 30 personnel, including welfare, counselling and annual/6 monthly personal appraisals.Repaired, Maintained and Modified Avionic systems on fleet of 9 Tristar Aircraft which included Fuel Tank Inerting Modifications and .Acted as Health & Safety Representative for shift personnel which duties included holding H & S meetings and presentations.Held meetings and liaised with Integrated Project Teams and Defence External Agencies.Produced Support Policy Statements for aircraft systems to enable day to day usage of new test equipment schedules and operating procedures. 2007Aircraft Avionics A member of a Tornado F3 Fighter Squadron:Trained engineering personnel on Aircraft Electrical, Avionic & Weapon Systems through classroom work and on the job training.Maintained currency of Technical Air Publications and subsequent amendments to comply with CAA and MAA regulations.Repaired and maintained Avionic systems on 14 Tornado Aircraft such as Fox-hunter Radar, Autopilot and Flight Stability Control Systems.Installed specialist modifications to new and existing aircraft systems.Acted as Quality Continuous Improvement team representative.Key AchievementReviewed the requirement for a modern efficient operations building as an integral part of a project team involved in design & delivery of a new mission operations building for 111(F) Squadron for the use of 120 personnel to carry out briefings, aircraft flying operations and rectification duties which was successfully handed over within time constraints, budget costs and quality criteria.
