As part of this role I was responsible for the end to end on-boarding of new clients/funds, then managing these client relationships on an ongoing basis once they successfully launched.Key onboarding tasks included coordination of client adoptions, account openings, review and negotiation of funds offering docs and legal agreements as well as internal system set ups. The aim was to ensure all new launches were successfully project managed. The Client Service Officer was responsible for regular CS reviews to monitor client satisfaction and implement actions in order to deliver the highest levels of service. This was very much a client facing position which involved a high level of interaction with all functional areas within DB FS.

This was a key client-facing role involving the successful implementation of new client mandates on a timely and risk focused basis.The BI Officer had to ensure all new business take-on procedures were adhered to and that the appropriate due diligence and formal approval processes were completed.A key aspect of the role was building and maintaining strong relationships with Sales & Relationship Management, Operations and other relevant departments across multiple jurisdictions.

Key aspects of the Supervisor role are:• have a thorough knowledge of fund valuations and have excellent supervisory and interpersonal skills• demonstrate the attention to detail and the level of accuracy needed in order to review valuations• demonstrate the level of commitment and the time management skills necessary to achieve deadlines and be interested in improving the valuation process and procedures. Ensure valuations are delivered to clients on or ahead of time and error-free. • supervise the team members to operate in accordance with departmental procedures, thereby ensuring compliance with group policies on compliance / standards.• be client aware and contribute to a successful business process and on boarding of new funds
