I have managed work streams for BT Openreach , mainly New Build Work at times running a team of 30+ jointers and 2 cable gangs meeting the critical completion dates on the majority of jobs and resolving those that had problems where dates could not bet met but keeping the client and end customer informed at all times. I have managed the Exchange Closure Programme in London working alongside a third party management company meeting critical deadlines and solving major problems within this contract. I am now working for KPR Telecoms in a number of roles and on various projects such as Cable Recovery , Deep Level Tunnel Works and now Cable Chamber Clearence. I have also trained unskilled staff on Cable Recovery providing onsite support in identifying cable for recovery and showing how the cable can be extracted in the most effective manor.
