• My role responsibilities were as follows:
• Responsibility for management of assigned building services categories across the estate. These include electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, lifts, escalators and sprinkler systems.
• Produce written specifications for assigned areas of Building Services for new installations through to re-vamps, maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure that all necessary maintenance contracts are in good order and up to date at all times.
• Manage the day to day repair issues and monitor contractor performance.
• Prepare capital programs for the upgrade and the replacement of existing building services.

• My role involved the following:
• Coordinate and control the services information flow from the design team.
• Set out, maintain and report on Services Design Information Requests.
• Engage with the design team to overcome any problems or issues that arise during construction.
• Liaise with the site management to ensure the smooth running and management of the project.
• Liaise with design team members if required to establish suitable inspection times prior to works being covered up and progress ancillary certification with sub-contractors to ensure notification deadlines are made in.

• My role with Structuretone involved the following:
• I was responsible for overseeing the Mechanical and Electrical services installations, that the installations were on schedule and ensuring the highest quality and health & safety standards.
• For conducting the weekly TSM coordination meetings. These meetings are held with the relevant M&E contractors and regular minutes are kept which are circulated as required.
• Liasioning with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitoring M & E works documents and shop drawing coordination.
• Maintaining and updating the variation & submittal logs.

Leinster

• I was involved in the day to day running of an electrical contracting firm with a strong emphasis on FM. This involved meeting with clients, producing competitive quotations, ordering materials, organising labour.
• Inspection of distribution boards, outlets, appliances and fixtures.
• Making sure that all light fittings are functioning correctly and that lamps get replaced as required and disposed of properly.
• Making sure that all life safety systems such as emergency lighting and fire alarm were compliant with current statutory requirements.
• Making sure that all emergency power systems such as UPS’s and power generators were functioning correctly.These services were provided on the following sites and Clients:
