I am a Project Manager responsible for an agile team of five developers and two testers, creating the navigation component for IBM Connections Cloud, a social collaboration SAAS enterprise product. I am also part of the Cloud Delivery Team, the purpose of this team is to ensure the monthly release of new features and updates to the Cloud. Within this role I provide project management for initiatives that span across every component in Connections Cloud. While working for Tradestaff, I helped to grow the billable hours from 1,500 hours to 3,000 hours. I created and maintained working relationships with both clients and placement candidates as well as growing the business.
