This includes the block management of properties, directly dealing and managing tenant grievances, resolving rent collections, or acting as client liaison. - Daily management of our team and ensuring the highest integrity in all our actions and transparency when it comes to operating procedures, finance, and long-term strategy and goals. - Direct supervision of portfolio management in to take the stress out of management for the client and make use of our fourteen years of professional knowledge and experience.

Imperial Stay is a service apartment rental company in London that has been operating under my directorship for seven years.Imperial is an end-to-end letting service for fully furnished apartments in some of London’s most popular locations, including Canary Wharf, London City, Marylebone, Camden Town, and Bloomsbury. We specialise in catering to a range of clients including high net worth individuals, politicians, and representatives from blue-chip companies who are used to a reliable, top-tier service. Alongside supervising our in-office team, I am also heavily involved in the day-to-day workings of the business, guiding our strategic direction, and ensuring quality portfolio management. I also contribute to high-level strategy and team management, and this often involves reacting to the changing climate for businesses and business laws in London. Along with this, I work to ensure that our commitment to fair and ethical practice is reflected in our team from the top-down; delivering a client-led service and ensuring that the individuals staying on our premises enjoy a world-class, memorable stay in the capital. Some key daily responsibilities include: - Relationship management and cultivation which includes interacting with landlords and key stakeholders, as well as continuing to project the positive image of company and our commitment to sound ethical practice. - Planning and reviewing the long-term strategy and vision, and ensuring that we stay reactive and relevant through regular risk analyses, smart acquisitions and setting achievable long and short-term goals. - Daily team management in-office by briefing team members about future or new acquisitions, direct management of teams, and training and leadership about delivery of up-market client service.- Ensuring that relationships are maintained with new and potential clients, that supporting services are in place and that future clients are identified and approached successfully.

Prometheus Design and Build was built from the ground-up shortly after my graduation from Barnet Southgate. The company specialised in adding to high-grade housing in areas around Islington, Finchley, East London and Kentish Town for a variety of clients in the area.Work revolved around residential extensions and loft conversions through a small core team of professionals and sub-contractors. Projects were small-to-medium scale with an emphasis on tight and cost-effective turnarounds. This helped the company to remain nimble and offer a personalised one-to-one experience – a thread that has continued through to many of my other businesses I have been involved with.Alongside building my expertise of the nuts-and-bolts work required in the sector, this position allowed me to start building the bed of contacts I have maintained through my career. It also allowed me to cultivate an understanding of the property sector, and an ability to pre-empt the many issues that can arise from working in the industry. Some of my key responsibilities included:- Conducting key project management, including acting as a team lead with responsibility for seven core staff and range of on-site subcontractors.- Embedding clear project practice and ensuring clear lines of communication and delegation on a project-to-project basis.- Researching and supervising the approach of potential projects. - Working alongside architects and quantity surveyors to ensure a successful project tender submission.- Key financial planning including budgeting and annual/bi-annual target setting.
