Providing advice to the Senaca Group Special Projects Implementation Team with Cash in Transit and guarding operations in Naas, County Kildare.

June 2007 to April 2010 Security Consultant/ Cash in Transit Inspector Private Security Authority (P.S.A) This is an autonomous statutory agency of the Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform, in the Republic of Ireland. • Engaged in the development and implementation of a technical standard known as the Technical Operational Requirement (TOR) document for the Cash In Transit industry within the Irish Republic. • Drew upon and expanded the National Standards Authority of Ireland, the Irish Standard I.S. 998:2006 for Cash In Transit services. • Provided technical advice, assistance and recommendations to the P.S.A. on the content and aims of the TOR. • On completion of the standard and publication of same, four sections of an audit including a Technical on-site Audit Inspection of CIT companies in conjunction with the Garda Siochana, (Garda Technical Advice Group,- GTAG) were carried out. By the end of my contract, all the major Cash In Transit companies within the Republic of Ireland were audited fully for compliance and subsequently licenced.

Kajima Construction UK• Work with security staff to bring up to an efficient S.I.A. security standard• Implementation of a Biometric Facial Recognition System, linked to access control and payroll for some 760 construction workers. • Introduction of CCTV cameras to secure the perimeter to prevent incursions and thefts. • Liaison with Home Office, Immigration Departments. • Control of goods on and off site.• Compliance and investigation issues dealt with.• Audit trails introduced.• Induction of new staff, both security and construction workers.• Health and Safety matters in conjunction with Health and Safety officer.• Data Protection Controller for Kajima.Based in Cambridge (UK) and Sheffield (UK).
