Responsible for Scottish P&L and business activities for Black & Veatch Delivery as well as management of the Black & Veatch "Glasgow Hub" engineering plus resource capability, providing professional services and support to Black & Veatch clients around the UK.

Head of Delivery (Mar 18-Oct19):Responsible for all element of delivery on water and wastewater design & build projects in Scottish Water's non-infrastructure alliance ESD. Oversight on approximately 70 projects across Scotland with an annual revenue of £55-60M.Head of Programme (Oct19-Oct20):Responsible for Programme Management Office, including managing overall investment programme, planning, BMS and client governance.

Responsible for area P&L performance of projects in the Yorkshire region, together with projects in Scotland. I also have responsibilities for the delivery and implementation of various business improvement initiatives across the UK.
