These roles provide advice and support on the introduction of the NHS Knowledge and Skills Framework. I design and deliver training to all appraisers and appraisees for SHA Core and Hosted Services at both national and regional centres.; This was a key role, which involved the review and development of new policies and procedures. This was a complex and challenging role where my key responsibilities were within the areas of re-design and organisational development, directly accountable to the Chief Executive. I developed specific projects to reflect constant changes in service provision throughout the whole Trust. I participated as a member of the Yorkshire Strategic Health Authority Leadership Reference Group.
