Responsibilities:- Provide engineering support towards developing a new auxiliary power generator system.- Leading development of an upgraded brake system solution for future Bombardier rolling stock.- Research and developing new traction engine concepts to improve rolling stock performance and reliability.- Generating customer proposals to investigate new concepts for the traction and auxiliary engines of rolling stock.- Liaise with customers and suppliers regarding rolling stock traction and auxiliary engine performance inquiries.- Generating and updating engineering documents to reflect design changes and new concepts.- Supporting the engineering team during dynamic and static testing of rolling stock.

Responsibilities:- Report die downtime issues during production for daily tool room meetings- Developing automated excel spreadsheet to calculate production downtime of specific topics- Interpreting engineering drawings to check measurements of the core pins and using an X-ray to check the water channel of the core pin- Taking part in Kaizen development team.- FTA team analysis- Die repair assisting tool makers
