T.O by Lipton was launched in September 2015. It was Unilever's first direct to consumer (DTC) model globally.• Optimised the national sales show agenda, monitored in-store brand execution closely, and trained sales representatives to drive the brand's commercial performance. • Also, in collaboration with T.O by Lipton's logistics and marketing teams, I participated in the implementation of a piggy-backing strategy targeting high-return professionals users to maximise gross profit. This challenging internship confirmed my natural sense for business development, people empowerment as well as sales forecast and planning. Most importantly, it allowed me to start thinking strategically for the business and prioritise my workload accordingly.
