I am quite aware that RETAIL centers around MAXIMIZING profits through SALES and other means, MINIMIZING costs, and keeping the customers coming back for more. I am quite a pro at this because it is exactly what I have been doing for years.I cannot give you specifically how I will do so until I am actually working in your business where I can delve deeply into every aspect but in ALL cases, I will Strictly Adhere to ALL Company Procedures, Regulations, Standards, and Morals – at ALL times. I also welcome any training program you may offer - I enjoy and am at my best when learning.Once I see the specifics of how things work (including the people), it is actually quite easy for me to come up with Improvements. I will first bring these suggestions to your attention for your evaluation. IF you agree, ONLY THEN will I make the changes, and the business WILL improve. I am an Idea person, but again all ideas must comply with Company Standards, and only after I have completed successful training with you.Your customers will REFER your business and they themselves will come back often - and happy to do so. Your employees will be happy to be at work - because things work so well there and because they will be treated with HONESTY, CLARITY, UNDERSTANDING, (and perhaps a sense of humor) which means that they WILL also be more PRODUCTIVE.My Flexibility is Unlimited - I can ADAPT to ANYTHING. NOTHING gets me upset or causes me to "lose my cool" - NOTHING. That just wastes time, possibly even causing the problem to get worse - perhaps so much as to even cause actual physical injuries. Instead, I INSTANTLY begin thinking HOW to SOLVE the problem and move on - there are always plenty more where that one came from.I am MOST dependable and creative and I am ALWAYS looking for ways to IMPROVE machines, procedures, paperwork, and people. Efficiency is key to my thinking and as you know, to LOWER costs, MORE business, MORE sales, MORE Customer Referrals, and MORE profits.
