Current1. Support GM in developing strategies and business plans, including financials analysis, simulations and deliver insights that links to business strategies2. Leading financial planning of company and developing long-term business plans based on these reports and predicting future financial trends, including budgeting, forecast and financial planning activities3. Work and support commercial teams both financially and analytically towards countries goals and priorities.4. Work with commercial teams to build financial business cases and simulation to support product launch and investments5. Prepare and manage multi-dimension reporting (by brands, category, channel..etc..).6. Oversee the overall financial accounting, taxation & auditing of the company.7. Prepare and support in managing regional cash flow projection and cash management.8. Coach, oversee and develop the finance capabilities of the local financial team9. General admin for office management, including IT, logistic and HR function
