As the General Secretary of the Majlis Perwakilan Pelajar (SRC) at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), I play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and effective communication within the council. I serve as the primary administrative officer of the SRC, responsible for managing the council's day-to-day operations and facilitating effective communication among council members, university administration, and the student body.My responsibilities include scheduling, organizing, and coordinating SRC meetings, where I prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute relevant documents to council members. I maintain accurate and comprehensive records of SRC activities, decisions, and correspondence, ensuring proper documentation and archiving. As the main point of contact for the SRC, I manage official correspondence and facilitate communication between the council, university administration, and external stakeholders.I ensure that the SRC operates in accordance with its constitution, bylaws, and university policies, and advise council members on proper procedures and protocols. I maintain an up-to-date roster of SRC members, track attendance at meetings, and assist with the orientation and training of new council members. Additionally, I assist in the planning and coordination of SRC-sponsored events, such as student forums, workshops, and community outreach programs.Working closely with other SRC executives, committee chairs, and university departments, I facilitate collaboration, information sharing, and the implementation of council initiatives. My role as the General Secretary is crucial in ensuring the efficiency, transparency, and accountability of the Majlis Perwakilan Pelajar at UiTM. Through my organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively, I contribute to the council's success in representing and serving the student body.

I am responsible for organizing and coordinating internal training programs to enhance the debating skills and knowledge of club members. This includes assessing training needs, developing training sessions and workshops, coordinating logistics, selecting trainers, managing participant communication and registration, evaluating training effectiveness, and maintaining records and reports.My main goal is to provide club members with relevant and effective training opportunities that will prepare them for debating competitions and events. By fulfilling these responsibilities, I contributed to the growth and success of the debate club, fostering a supportive learning environment and helping members enhance their debating, critical thinking, and public speaking skillIs.

I am responsible on managing the budget, track expenses and develop business strategies such as marketing planning, distributions and increase customer satisfaction by collecting feedback responses from the customer through the QR code. Other than that, I am also establised positive relationships with the supplier, negotiating terms and also calculated the risks of sales whether to increase production by analysing everyday sales.

I have successfully managed to increase the company sales estimated by 20% by selling different types of phone brands through structured marketing in Facebook Page and WhatsApp. Other than that, I am also responsible in stock count of the phone and managed customer accounts, processed transactions and ensure accurate financial records for sales transactions.. I also work closely with other colleagues in making sure we reached the target sales monthly with fostered teamwork and effective communication.
