• Providing responsive Consular assistance to British Nationals in the province of Las Palmas, including areas of hospitalisation, death, rape, assault, detention and financial hardship.• Performing administrative tasks as required; issuing of emergency travel documents, implementing fee changes and dealing with weekly and monthly account reconciliation

I manage a portfolio of around 650 properties in Kensington and Fulham. These consist of mainly of Victorian convertions, terraced houses and blocks of flats. A challenging and rewarding role, ensuring tenants behave themselves as well as maintaining well conditioned properties in high value areas. This role is largely about finding the right balance between operating as a commercial landlord and being a socially responsible and caring organisation in the heart of the community.
