Ealing

• Multi tenure strategic property management – 1200 units in Ealing borough
• Operational management responsibility for High level/ complex cases: ie decants, Category A risk ASB, direct offers
• Responsible for area housing KPIs delivery and compliance with Homes England consumer standard – void turnaround, gas compliance, ASB, complaints, customer response SLAs
• Mentoring local office administration staff – training, development and shadowing
• Matrix management of patch tenancy specialist, ASB officer, income officer and Estate Services officer
• Responsible for all MP and Councillor enquiries; first point of contact for the management and response to all external stakeholder queries

Gran Canaria

• Providing responsive Consular assistance to British Nationals in the province of Las Palmas, including areas of hospitalisation, death, rape, assault, detention and financial hardship.
• Performing administrative tasks as required; issuing of emergency travel documents, implementing fee changes and dealing with weekly and monthly account reconciliation

I manage a portfolio of around 650 properties in Kensington and Fulham. These consist of mainly of Victorian convertions, terraced houses and blocks of flats. A challenging and rewarding role, ensuring tenants behave themselves as well as maintaining well conditioned properties in high value areas. This role is largely about finding the right balance.
