- Lead strategic planning, cost budget analysis, risk assessments, scheduling, and tax preparation for a portfolio of 200 clients, including individuals, C-corps, S-Corps, Partnerships, and Trusts.- Oversee the preparation and quality review of federal and multi-state income tax returns with a team of 19 employees for clients with annual gross revenue ranging from $1M to $50M.- Analyze P&L and cash flow to accurately forecast income tax projections quarterly and at year-end.- Accurately prepare quarterly tax projections, quarterly ASC 740 tax provisions quarterly compilations, and annual ASC 740 tax provisions for annual reviewed financial statements for corporate clients.- Conduct in-depth tax research to quickly resolve complex issues and prepared tax memorandums to support client’s tax positions, resolve potential disputes, and respond to notices and inquiries. - Serve as the main point of contact for all inquiries from clients, banks, creditors, and federal, state, and local tax authorities to provide documents, respond to audits, inquiries, and advise management of potential concerns. - Write and publish professional articles on cashflow strategies, tax savings, and tax planning based on rapidly evolving tax legislation to establish the firm as a leading tax expert and drive client acquisition. - Designed, developed, and implemented a tax training program to increase work quality and team effectiveness.
