 Managed 24/7 monitoring focusing in all major bank operations and transactions using SIEM tools primarily on Temenos T24 Core Banking System, including multiple system/platform application environment for production from PDC and SDC, Temenos Core banking servers, DELL EMC servers, IBM Tivoli storage manager, Manage Engine-Application Manager, SAMA EFT System, Statseeker Professional, GT Exchange, SMS GW gateway for OTP code, Automic Web Engine for processing of daily Completion of Business (COB), Pre-COB and Post-COB data, CORTEX IST for ATM Bridge transactions and data reports. Including, Including, Point on Sale (POS), Operational Data Structure (ODS), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Performed monthly activity from T24 Core Banking system using batch script on processing Completion of Business (COB) in production environment for Government, Citizen and Pension Payroll data reports and daily COB test for System Integration Testing (SIT) R21 UAT TAFJ SP16 R19, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) R16, DEV R16 in T24 Phantom Globus System. Responsible for reset of T24 Globus users’ access, including T24 Service Manager (TSM) refresh in production environment. Performed SARIE/SAMA backup on daily, weekly, and monthly basis from IBM storage server, including scheduled activity as advised by SAMA.  Generate General Leger (GL) reports (BNK, OMS, MFI and VCO) for banking End of Day data processing including housekeeping of all records. Daily checking of the equipment in the Data Center such as CRAC, UPS, Water Detector, Generator and Fire Alarm. Responsible for checking the IBM Server Health Check including “Blade Chassis, VMware, and Power VM. Log and report incident for any issues related in Data Center using HP Service Manager for SLAs.

* Responsible for monitoring and analyze of multiple production servers on System Center Operations Manager 2012 R2 (SCOM) console and application components such as GIS map viewer, SCADA, AVAYA, etc. including CCTV using Barco Apollo program. * Perform batch processing on Oracle Database application for Riyadh and Jeddah water billing transactions.* Coordinating with concerned teams, vendors, and/or appropriate third party as part of operations escalation as necessary. Ensuring that all escalation information is accurate and periodically updated, and that all relevant members of the team are regularly informed on the status of the operations escalation process.* Daily checking of IT Data Center storage room facilities such as Servers (IBM,HP), Switches, Routers and Networking Machine (CISCO, JUNIPER), connection including AC temperatures and escalate to the production support team as issues may arise. * Create logs incident report using Remedy Ticket tracking system. * Perform the weekly reports on Database and Windows/Linux Servers Usage utilization.
