In my role as the managing enterprise architect, I represent the Azure COE(Center Of Excellent) in new and established accounts to gain/maintain credibility for Capgemini and our delivery teams, build relationships with client stakeholders at all levels of the organization, and unilaterally mitigate delivery issues prior to further escalation. I work with both business stakeholders and delivery teams to mentor, advise, and course correct to build an ongoing delivery team for key clients.I am also responsible for advisory services, working with the internal team relative to designing, architecting, and implementing the data processing systems capable of processing, storing, and distributing data in robust solutions built on the Azure Cloud Platform including objective, appropriate, and thoughtful recommendation/application of the various Azure Cloud Services.

• Lead the data team with direct hand-on to design an architect solution to replace current data warehouse system.• Develop the end-to-end data government process to migrate the current data warehouse to Azure Synapse Analytics using Data Lakehouse architect framework. • The new data lake house developed utilizing Azure Synapse Analytics platform including: data lake gen2, spark pool, Dedicated SQL pool, Serverless SQL Polybase and CosmoDB • Specializing in SQL server architect design/development/administration and Azure cloud migration processes• Develop and implement technical migration roadmap to transform on-premises SQL technologies stack such as SSIS, SQL Server, SSAS, SSRS to cloud-based using Azure technologies stack, Power BI.• Focus primarily on Microsoft Azure such as Batch processing engine using Azure synapse analytics (formerly Azure Warehouse), SQL Azure database, Azure data factory, Azure Data Lake and Power BI• Anchor and lead Cloud consulting engagements by providing technical and business insights to Client projects• Lead Cloud Strategy engagements, Cloud technology and architecture efforts, Cloud deployments, as well as Cloud migrations and portfolio migrations to the Cloud• Lead the design, planning and implementation of complex IT infrastructure solutions• Work closely with the client to establish Cloud migration roadmaps and priorities• Perform application portfolio analysis to identify candidate applications and workloads for migration to the Cloud• Establish detailed Cloud migration project plans, and execute against them• Support business development and proposal work• Develop pricing and cost models for complex engagements, ensuring adequate margins while ensuring risks are understood and mitigated• Verify technical feasibility and validate solution options for the requirements

Responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and motivating Analytics project teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering rapid and extreme development projects that deliver exceptional business value. Responsible for managing several concurrent high visibility projects using Agile and/or Scrum methods in a fast-paced environment cross multiple business divisions. Manage the Agile program for developing and maintaining external third party data services as web-scale APIs such as CoreLogics, ISO, D&B, Info Group, live analytics streaming data and other third party data services. Responsibilities include matching and merging scoring algorithms as well as API and Integration Management for Machine Learning models.· At an enterprise level, leading and managing large, complex enterprise-level projects consisting of multiple Agile teams and/or requiring integration with other activities outside the scope of the Agile teams· At a team level, playing a management role to help put in place the appropriate people, process, and tools and coaching members of the team as needed to optimize the efficiency of the analytics team

Institute and update policies, processes and standards for all databases development from initial concept to staging and production. Effectively manage firm wide database infrastructure and optimization through capacity planning, resource utilization, system resilience and performance modeling.Established a brand-new IT Enterprise Clients Data Analysis Services group that generated over $750,000 in revenue in first year; trained and oriented attorneys and partners to utilize this competitive offering.Lead the database architect team to work with Finance Department with direct hands on to develop the Firm-wide enterprise Business Intelligence system (Morgan Insight).
