I am currently serving as the CEO and Principal ATP for Westpeak Mobility. We are a Complex Rehabilitation company located in Colorado Springs. It is truly a pleasure to finally have the opportunity to utilize many years of operational experience to develop a business that has its sights set on excellence.

I am currently responsible for the company’s overall operational performance and wellbeing. This includes benchmarking key indicators within the current processing environment, and implementing an appropriate system of policies, internal controls, accounting standards, and procedures. These changes are then analyzed to determine if additional alterations are necessary to meet the operational objectives defined by the executing committee. In addition to regulating internal policy and procedure, I promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality. In addition to these things, I participate in establishing the strategic direction for the company and assist in planning for the possible contingencies that challenge our expected growth and financial development. While working as the Chief Operations officer at Academy Medical Equipment, I spearheaded the ATLAS project as the Chief System Architect. ATLAS is the first true ERP system for Rehab and DME providers. The system gives comprehensive business analytics for providers that utilize the system. The companies across the country utilize ATLAS have experienced significant improvements to their top line revenues without increasing their administrative costs.
