I currently oversee the operations and strategic priorities of a distribution channel responsible for $25M in annual premium. I create, execute, evaluate, and continuously improve value-based selling strategies that enable ongoing revenue growth. I also leverage enrollment technology relationships to grow the footprint and impact of the channel while leading and mentoring a talented five-member team and overseeing the work of consultants. My work to date has helped grow and diversify the company’s employee benefits strategy by utilizing partnerships and best practice methods that bring new partnerships to life with both internal and external stakeholders.

I was recruited to this role to build and oversee all Transamerica Employee benefits (TEB) enrollment technology business development relationships. I was responsible for sourcing and securing key e-commerce and enrollment technology channels that enabled distribution of the TEB portfolio. I also provided subject matter expertise on SaaS-related selling efforts and created go-to-market strategies and other value propositions for enrollment technology and other strategic partners outside of the traditional business structure. My worked helped consistently increased TEB sales within existing channels while simultaneously prospecting and onboarding new sales channels.

I served as National Practice Leader for the company’s benefit administration outsourcing while concurrently directing market development efforts for the consultant sales channel. I developed a high-revenue SaaS business model that combined online self-service with voluntary benefit products and led consultant sales opportunities from initial prospecting through successful implementation, including leading sales processes for any online enrollment or SaaS model-related opportunity.

I served as a National Sales Leader for the company’s broker sales vertical with prospects and clients serving 500-25,000 lives. In this role, I created and implemented targeted sales strategies focused on high-touch and service flexibility to maximize revenue and client satisfaction, among other key work.
