I look after all the customer care related issues on behalf of national builders.Identify new business opportunities and set up meetings.Assess the current team of carpet fitters and give training, this is reviewed with my own training systems.Visit customers houses to assess the complaint and identify the cause and blame.Selling of flooring products.Delivery of samples to builders sites, and to customers homes.
