Administration of Australian Government Disaster Recovery Program relief applications on behalf of Services Australia and handling of calls in relation to the federal election on behalf of the Australian Electoral Commission, along with assisting customers with enquiries, updates and applications in relation to other Services Australia payments and benefits such as the Family Tax Benefit, Parenting Payment, Paid Parental Leave, and Child Care Subsidy programs.

Processed applications for lodging, varying and disposing of residential tenancy security bonds. Duties included data entry of scanned documents into the Bonds Administration system, contacting clients for additional information and answering customer enquiries, along with assisting with the adoption of the newly launched BondsOnline system.

Contractor for various roles while attempting to fit studies in where possible. Deployments included working with the Department of Treasury and Finance, City of Swan, Department of Mines and Petroleum, Department of Health and Department of Commerce, often undertaking data entry and customer service roles, with other duties as required.

Deployed at Fuji Xerox to assist in an archiving project for a Federal Government client. Duties included scanning and preparing classified documents for digital archiving.

Management of 35 projects to install water saving measures under the Community Water Grants scheme in schools in Victoria, New South Wales, and the ACT, including the preparation of contract variations and conducting audits to confirm appropriate measures in consultation with school staff.

Administration of several grant programs on behalf of the Australian Commonwealth Government, namely several sub-programs of the Renewable Remote Power Generation Program, such as the Renewable Energy Water Pump program, the Remote Area Power System program and the Rural Renewable Energy Program - Fringe of Grid: Small Projects program.Also administered the Western Australian State Government's Solar Water Heating Subsidy program that gave rebates of $500 or $700 per eligible system installed.
