To co-ordinate multi-agency support and effective action relating to cases of anti-social behaviour for both perpetrators’ and victims in Central Bedfordshire. Manage the Council’s ASB team and ensure effective case management from initial investigation through to resolution including interventions and enforcement action. Prepare Court standard files in accordance with legislation and procedure and give evidence in Court at all levels. Pilot a risk/harm approach to vulnerable victims to include multi-agency problem solving groups and initiate an ASBRAC model (Multi-agency anti-social risk assessment conference). Implement and maintain a witness and victim support programme including individual supportProvide help and advice on ASB issues to partners including the Police, housing associations, internal Council departments and town Councils. Give advice on ASB policies to partners.Work in conjunction with Aragon and Jephson Housing Associations to investigate their cases of ASB under a Service Level agreement.Provide training for partner agencies in relation to ASB law and practice.
