Regained my position back as of first of year

While I was recently let go due to downsizing at Blackmer Pumps I appreciated the knowledge that I had gained in the Finishing procedures.

With the variety of titles I held in my 15 years at CWC I took part in every aspect of the foundry which included:Supervision- Controlled the flow of the shop, employee training, inventory & quality contol, disciplinary actions and strict adherence to company standards.Utility & Patter Setter- I was hands on with everything in the shop from running the sand lab/ running checks, inspection, knock off, operating the molding machine/ panel, changing the patterns and pouring iron.I didn't just fill in on a particular job- I knew every aspect of each job, how to do it and how to fix it if there was a problem.

I had a high regard for customer service. Responsibilities included: Sales, merchandising, deliveries and inventory control.

I performed regular deliveries, sales and customer service.
