Managed this rollout from the procurement phase through to implementation interfacing with the HR Success Factors system and internal financial systems.Programme managed the Data Capture programme ensuring all staff selling regulated financial products were compliant. This exercise covered a network of c11, 600 branches with a total of c60, 000 staff. Required strong management of ATOS technical staff, Accenture, Epiuse and Post Office internal resources.Programme managed the development of a new HR Vetting system, which would integrate with Success Factors software. Heavily involved in the procurement of Experian as the vetting supplier of a short-term interim solution to ensure the Post Office are compliant with BPSS regulations going forward. Also extremely involved in the design of bringing Vetting in-house as a long-term strategic solution saving the Post Office a considerable financial benefit (in excess of £1m).
