Required strong management of ATOS technical staff, Accenture, Epiuse and Post Office internal resources.Programme managed the development of a new HR Vetting system, which would integrate with Success Factors software. Heavily involved in the procurement of Experian as the vetting supplier of a short-term interim solution to ensure the Post Office are compliant with BPSS regulations going forward. Also extremely involved in the design of bringing Vetting in-house as a long-term strategic solution saving the Post Office a considerable financial benefit (in excess of £1m).
