As a seasoned IT professional of 25+ years I have over 14 years of management/leadership experience in positions interfacing with senior technical and business management. I have a long track record of delivering projects on time through collaboration with a broad network of individuals and teams across Dell EMC and beyond and have worked in both Presales and Engineering arenas.In the presales support organization I had various leadership positions as we grew the development and delivery of a cloud platform and content at scale globally for the purposes of enabling demos on demand.In mid-2016 I transitioned over to an engineering organization (supporting product development) to develop and deliver an internal cloud solution as a shared service across BUs to enable Engineering teams to focus on developing product rather than managing infrastructure. Here I consistently expanded my responsibilities and influence and am currently responsible for delivering DRI (Developer Ready Infrastructure), which enables sharing of heterogenous infrastructure across ISG teams dynamically and programmatically, and is a foundational element of a transformational North Star strategy.In recent years I have pivoted my career from an IT/Infrastructure/Waterfall background to a more Software Development/Agile/DevOps direction. Combining these approaches and methodologies, along with experience of delivering multi-tenant services at scale globally and with managing and leading multi-cultural and diverse global teams, I have a unique perspective in how to build and lead an end-to-end ecosystem of applications and services, and associated teams, from the ground up and be successful in delivering them.With the rate of change in the technology industry today I understand the criticality of rapid transformation and innovation to continue to drive business value and am committed to always looking for opportunities to enable that, both personally and for teams I lead.
