This incorporated a countrywide HF network providing a safety net for all transiting APT’s.  Writing of complex communications plans, standard operating procedures and related documents in direct support to Schlumberger security operations. Manage the security Journey Management System incorporating Schlumberger’ s strict Quality Health and Safety Environment policies. Invited to compile a countrywide communications survey report for Schlumberger in post war Libya to implement/coordinate a cooperate evacuation plan. Account holder for all communications equipment held on the project to ensure all Key Performance Indicators (KPI), Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) targets are achieved.  Responsible for managing 6 x multinational watch keepers in multiple locations providing communication support for 2 x static sites with 60 Armed Guards and 10 x Armed Protection Teams with an annual budget of $500,000.
