• Responsible for Outsourced Partner (OSP) daily & weekly agent error reporting & analysis for forwarding to Abtran, FMI and Sales Channel. - I was asked to take on the role of store administrator for Dundrum as the store was falling behind on their paperwork and back office operations.- Main aim of this role was to get the store back up to the level that 3 expects of its store, so that it can run smoothly and pass company audits.- I was responsible for stocktaking, organising and storing store paperwork and training both old and new staff on company policies.- I had to get the store up to a high health and safety standard for both staff and customers, as no improvements had been made since their last audit in March 2013.- Clerical duties I had to do included photocopying, emailing and corresponding to other staff in different departments within the company on a daily basis.- Resolved administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analysing data and identifying solutions.- Dundrum passed their Q3 audit.
