Throughout my career I've had the opportunity to work with, lead and learn from some extremely capable individuals. During this time I have honed my ability to not only just identify opportunities to capitalise upon but to also mitigate risk by understanding, deploying and ultimately managing the right resources at the right time. With a background built across the manufacturing lifecycle at John Deere where I enjoyed roles ranging from Project Management and Product Management to Aftermarket Services, I learned to blend the quantitative with the qualitative. Fortunate to have built deep experience across e-commerce and more traditional business avenues I took these principles forward into the founding of VSF Experts where we specialised in Engineering & Homologation, Manufacturing as well as Order Fulfillment and Sales & Aftermarket care. I am incredibly proud of what we achieved at VSF Experts and truly believe that it was our market-leading approach to customer care coupled with our incredibly talented team that ultimately led to WTG Gruppe acquiring us in 2022.The reason I believe my teams and I have been successful is the blending of the quantitative and the qualitative. Meaningful business intelligence, data, KPIs and goals will always underpin any successful operation, but ultimately I know that people are always at the heart of what we do, and who we do it for. Without the right people to actually define, execute and deliver on these goals, goals which are backed by effective data analytics we would never be able to deliver what our clients, customers or indeed our company culture expects. This is why, despite always having a data-first mentality I will always prioritise an emotionally intelligent approach to leadership. This ethos not only empowers my customer-centric skill set, but enables me to explain the technical to the non-technical, engage stakeholders at every level, and build effective business relationships that stand the test of time.
