I am excited to step into a leadership role in a new and growing space at Thoughtexchange. Channel sales has been a small part of ThoughtExchange's revenue however is being seen as a large area of growth. I have been appointed the position of Sales Partnership Lead where I will be responsible for the follow: - Develop a body of knowledge and processes for Channel sales and transfer and support the New Biz and Existing Biz team- Develop ThoughtExchange's go to market strategy and business model for Channel Sales- Manage and grow Sale Partnership relationships appropriately- Develop comp models and recommend/adjust staffing needs

Our platform provides an opportunity to hold challenging conversation on organizational improvements virtually, ensuring all voices are heard equally. Thoughtexchange allows leaders to shift from hearing only the loud voices and move to accessing the wisdom of the crowd.As an Account Manager for Thoughtexchange, my role ensures our clients are set up for success. My goal is to ensure every client has a great understanding of the potential of our software. This can include providing best practices and use cases as well as being a thought partner on challenging issues. Building a strong relationships with our clients allow me to set up contracts with our clients that suit their ever changing needs, ultimately leading to the continuity of our partnership.

As a Customer Success Manager, my role is to ensure customers are on boarded to use Thoughtexchange under best practices. I work as a thought partner with leadership on how to engage with their stakeholders using the platform and how to utilize the results to create action. In effect, as a Customer Success Manager helps increase the 'stickiness' of the solution within an organization.

Redland City Council is a local government organisation located in South East Queensland, Australia. It consists of mainland and island communities providing a challenging planning environment. Redland City Council focuses on strong leadership and clear planning direction to ensure the future population growth is managed in a sustainable manner. This ensures the City’s natural attributes and quality of life and amenity enjoyed by residents and visitors is retained and enhanced.My duties included: • Providing strategic planning advice to elected representatives, community members and internal officers• Coordinating amendments to the planning scheme between the State government and within Redland City Council• Amending and drafting planning scheme provisions, codes and policies for adoption in to the planning scheme• Reviewing legislation and best practice principles for adoption in local planning instruments.• Developing Redland’s urban design manual and developing, amending and reviewing local area/structure plans, precinct plans and strategies including both Greenfield and Brownfield development areas• Conducting engagement activities including face to face, small group, workshop and roving• Coordinating minor projects to achieve set outcomes within prescribed timelines

I specialised in community engagement, urban and social planning, working around Australia in communities ranging from remote towns, rural regions, resource communities, urban centres and cities.My duties included:• Producing successful tenders, including budgets and timeframes• Developing media releases including graphic artwork for visual appearance• Developing engagement materials including hardcopy surveys, online surveys, workshop materials• Developing site inventories including mapping for benchmark comparisons• Compiling background research reports which highlight best practices in various planning areas• Conducting engagement activities including face to face, small group, workshop and roving• Input, analysis and reporting of engagement outcomes• Comparing best practices and engagement outcomes to develop strategies or recommendations suitable for clients• Compiling final reports to satisfy the tender including both content and visual designDuring my time at Plan C I was involved in projects which recieved multiple awards including the nationally recognised 2011 Award for Planning Excellence for Exceptional Planning Achievement Award.
