I have overall responsibility for the conference content for c.70 conferences each year, delivered through a team of 9 conference producers. I am also responsible for new business development, including the sourcing, negotiating and implementation of new conference projects, either though joint ventures, strategic partnerships or standalone. I take lead responsibility for event scheduling and forecasting, and I am responsible for the development of the overall departmental budget.
