Senior Engineer for DTZ. Managed and operated 22 pharmaceutical buildings (2.8 million square feet total) and supervised 10 engineers. Successfully maintained all the buildings electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems while creating positive change. Managed several laboratory, mechanical, and office projects. Overall task included commercial facilities management, maintenance, building automation, and controls.

Commercial high rise facilities management and maintenance. Daily routines involved working with high and low pressure chillers, forced draft fans, cooling towers, HVAC, refrigeration, VAV, pumps/motors, fire protection systems, pneumatic's, and heat recovery systems.

Worked for the facilities maintenance department, and the Academy training ship over the course of 4 years, Experiences include wastewater treatment maintenance and operations, campus wind turbine operation and inspection, general plant maintenance, and operations. Also worked aboard the training ship USTS Enterprise doing various maintenance task in the steam engine room, while at sea, and in dock.
