This role requires the effective receipt, storage, movement and control of all materials to support the business. Liaison with Supply Chain, user groups, third parties and Supply Base and Marine contractors to ensure that all materials and equipment are marshalled and shipped in accordance with company procedures and internal controls.• Compliance with WGPSN supply chain procedures; • Manage interface from engineering to supply chain; • Identification of shortages and surplus materials; • Allocation of materials procured against project material requirements; • Producing shipping documents for all material movements; • Producing materials status reporting to project and client; • Performing goods receipts in procurement system; • Maintaining data integrity in procurement & materials systems; • Coordinating material supply to fabrication sub-contractors; • Expediting delivery of fabricated items to warehouse or job site; • Liaison with construction and procurement to co-ordinate all piping and structural fabrication orders; • Ensuring correct maintenance and preservation of materials is undertaken for stored equipment; • Requesting and control of supply of small plant and equipment items required for project execution; • Marshalling and issue of materials aligned to job cards and project schedule; • Assuring material deliveries aligned to boat sailing schedules; • Attending project progress meetings; • Attending purchase order pre-production meetings; • Liaison with all project personnel and client representatives.• Chairing Safety meetings• Presenting i-Care activity to Maintenance Team morning meetings• Receiving site wide safety concerns and sharing these at weekly conference call safety meeting between all Talisman assets• Documenting safety concerns to then be passed onto HSE advisor for further action (Synergy)• A vessel for distribution of new safety information received from Wood Group Management, (Safety Cocoon, and Golden Rules etc)

Held overall responsibility for the movement, sourcing, shipping and buying of all materials and equipment. This included overseas (in line with all export and goods by air and sea regulations) and also offshore. • Daily liaison with overseas partners to arrange shipment of desired materials and equipment. Arranging the most cost efficient container and transport hire.• Focal Point for all materials movements within the Operations division - Contact for import and export shipment providers.• Report and review inventory balances ensuring all items held in inventory are accurately recorded • Report all material issues and discrepancies • Record all Material Movements (Goods Issues, Receipts & Transfers) • Work alongside Charge hand and Fitters to ensure materials returned are serviced and audited before re - cataloguing Vessel Pressure Certification, Hose Pressure Certification, Maintaining the digital hose register • Update and document control of all materials paperwork• Create and amend all material requisitions • Material Buying and equipment purchasing the most cost efficient way possible, Building and maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers.• Mobilising of equipment• Mobilisation Manifest Documentation - DG Notes, Certification etc.Key Responsibilities as Offshore Operative• Site evaluation - included determining hose tie in points, lay down areas etc.• Setting up of equipment - connecting of hoses, Bolt Torqueing insertion of filters into vessels• Pressure testing vessels and hoses with ‘clean water’ for leaks before exposure to Hydrocarbon contaminated water.• Operation of Filtration equipment• Vessel Differential pressure checks and changing out filters when spent.• Laboratory analysis of Samples – ensuring all samples are below 30ppm• Documentation of samples to then be sent back to beach• On completion of job - Demobilisation of kit
