For 12+ years I held consulting leadership positions, including Global Leader, Logistics & Fulfillment Consulting at a Big Four Consulting firm — Ernst & Young/Capgemini (Partner/Vice President)In 2005, I decided it was time to put the road-warrior part of my career behind, and move largely in the direction of executive recruiting. I’m glad I did as I find the work stimulating and fun: I always have been told that if black belts were given out for networking, I would be the first to get one. I enjoy dealing with people and helping them with career moves and work to ensure they get the right exposure to and treatment from potential employers. And, of course, I am all about forging close relationship with clients — a seamless joint recruting/hiring process paves the path to mutual success.
