As part of the supply chain, a logistics analysts plans, implements, and controls the storage of goods to meet all the customer requirements. Managing all activities and variables can be daunting, and if anything goes wrong, the consequences can be damaging to the company and customer. It’s essential to accurately account for every piece of equipment, shipment and inventory item. In combat, under pressure, with limited resources, logistics management is even more critical. I’m Alan Monyelle, a Logistics, Warehouse and Supply Chain expert within the United States government and military. I’ve served tours of duty in Iraq, overseas bases and I’m now serving as a civilian in a contractor position supporting the United States Air Force Special Operations team.As a talented and inventive professional, I have a proven track record of increasing revenue growth through strategic development of transportation networks and process improvements as civilian and active duty military member.
