While I apply the skills that I have developed when drawing on those experiences, I remind myself that I have much to learn.In facilitating working groups, I encourage grounding & mindfulness exercises before exploring values, considering intentions, and assessing impacts. In my experience, taking this approach creates the right conditions (healthy soil) for seeding & nourishing creativity & collaboration with shared purpose.I describe my style as nature-inspired, inclusive, interactive & fun. I leave plenty of room for reflection and celebration (wins, losses .. it all needs space to be acknowledged so that we can learn).I live in Dublin with my wife and our children and our dog and our cat.
